Raise a banner.
Live with it.

Command a company inside one persistent medieval strategy world. Armies march, caravans travel, morale breaks, builders leave the formation, rulers remember, settlements change hands and field battles grow from the same map you move across.

01Enter the realm

One map. Everything happens on it.

Bannerbound begins with a company in a living medieval world. Roads, rivers, settlements, armies and trade are not separate menus. They share the same space, so every order has a route and every route has consequences.

02March

Your first order becomes movement.

The camera follows your company down the road. Terrain, crossings and nearby forces become readable as the formation moves. Zoom and presentation can change, but the underlying world stays the same.

03Trade

The economy crosses the map in front of you.

A caravan leaves a settlement, travels the road and carries value through exposed space. Trade is visible because it can be protected, interrupted or used to understand what a region depends on.

04Choose a fight

A conflict becomes a place you can enter.

A rival force converges on the road. The field battle forms in-world and can contain more than two sides. Reinforcements, orders and retreat all change a battle that continues to exist on the map.

05Build

Winning space is different from improving it.

The company halts at the near bank instead of walking through the river. Builders split from the formation, move to the crossing and construct the bridge; only once the route is complete does the army march across.

06Rule

Holdings turn movement into politics.

Settlements come under your banner, a vassal answers nearby and the strategic view pulls wider. Diplomacy, ownership and command belong to characters and places, so a realm is a network you can actually see.

07Live with it

The world keeps moving after your order.

Light changes, traffic continues and other forces remain active. Bannerbound is built around the campaign between decisions: supply, morale, deserters, caravans, construction, diplomacy and battles all persist in one simulation.
